I am a yoga teacher based in Winchester in Hampshire (UK). After practicing yoga personally for 8 years, I wanted to share the amazing benefits of yoga with others, so I completed the 200hr teacher training and qualified as a teacher in November 2018.
Also being a Clinical Psychologist, I wanted to share not only what yoga can do for our bodies, but also for our minds and our mental well-being, particularly in dealing with stress and increasing resilience.
My style of yoga is evolving as I continue to learn, but is based on Hatha and Vinyasa, developing strength, flexibility, good alignment and connecting our body, breath and mind. I love nature and this often inspires my classes.
I am committed to making yoga accessible to all and my classes are small, fun and friendly.
